Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TAMU.RSVP. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tamu.rsvp from the address on your account, including your order or invoice number. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment partner (DOKU for Indonesian Rupiah, Paddle for international USD transactions); processing time depends on the provider.

International purchases (USD)

For purchases processed by Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for international transactions — refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
