Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tamu.rsvp. tamu.rsvp is operated by Adsee (“Adsee”, “tamu.rsvp”, “we”, “us”), a platform for creating digital wedding invitations and managing guests and wedding planning. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

tamu.rsvp lets you design digital invitations, collect RSVPs, and organise wedding planning tasks. Free and paid plans are available. Features included in each plan are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to use the service.

3. Plans, billing and payments

Paid plans are offered as one-time purchases (per event) and as recurring subscriptions, depending on your region. Prices are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by our payment partners — DOKU for Indonesian Rupiah transactions, and Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for international (USD) transactions made with Adsee. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable partner’s terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. One-time per-event purchases are valid for the duration stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. For international (USD) purchases, refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (names, photos, text, guest data). You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you upload.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
